We keep the schedule intentionally light so every appointment gets full prep, careful shaping, and a finish that holds up past the appointment. No conveyor belts, no rushed cuticles.
How the Day Runs
Most days hold four or five clients instead of eight or ten. That leaves time for the work that usually gets rushed — dry prep, cuticle detail, surface buff, shape correction — before color or builder ever goes on. The result is a set that still photographs well a week later and lifts less between fills.
You won't be moved between stations or finished by a second tech. The artist who starts the set finishes it.

Lumiere is a small private suite in Palm Desert. The door isn't on the main strip, so first-time clients get a short text the day before with the exact entrance and parking.
